Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Ether.store
Getting Started
What is Ether.store?
Ether.store is a free token launchpad on Robinhood Chain. We make it easy for anyone to create and deploy their own token in just a few clicks, with automatic liquidity on Uniswap.
What is Robinhood Chain?
Robinhood Chain is an Ethereum Layer 2 network built by Robinhood, using ETH for gas. It's fast and extremely cheap — trades typically cost a penny or two.
Does it cost anything to create a token?
Creating a token on Ether.store is completely free — we never charge you. The only cost is the Robinhood Chain network gas fee to deploy your contract, which goes to the network (not us) and is typically a few cents to under a dollar, varying with gas.
What wallets are supported?
We support MetaMask and Coinbase wallets. Simply connect your wallet to get started. Phantom support will be added when we launch on Base and Ethereum mainnet.
Do I need to add Robinhood Chain to my wallet manually?
No — when you connect, Ether.store automatically prompts your wallet to add and switch to Robinhood Chain. Just approve the prompt and you're ready to go.
How do I get ETH onto Robinhood Chain?
Use the built-in Bridge (in the sidebar). It moves ETH in and out of Robinhood Chain in seconds — bridge from Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, or Optimism in either direction, or turn SOL into tradeable ETH with Phantom. It's non-custodial (routed by Relay), needs no account, and costs just a few cents per transfer.
Can I bridge SOL to trade here?
Yes. On the Bridge page, choose “Add ETH with SOL,” connect Phantom, and pick an amount — your SOL is converted to ETH on Robinhood Chain in seconds and lands in your connected wallet, ready to trade.
Token Creation
Does Ether.store protect my launch from snipers?
Yes. Your dev buy is built into the launch transaction itself, so it always executes first — the pool doesn't even exist until your launch completes, and sniper bots can't react for roughly 5 blocks (about a second), so the opening is yours. On top of that, for the first 15 minutes no wallet can hold more than 2% of the total supply — so even once trading is open, no one can snipe a large position and dump it on your community. The 2% cap is enforced by the token contract itself, so it can't be bypassed.
What's the difference between Uniswap V3 and V4?
They're just different versions of the Uniswap protocol your token's liquidity pool runs on — V4 being the newer, more gas-efficient generation. On Ether.store there's no practical difference: launching, trading, and your 90% creator rewards work exactly the same on both, so there's no wrong choice. (V4 support is coming soon.)
Can I add social links to my token?
Yes. During token creation, you can add your Twitter/X handle, Telegram group, and website URL. These will be displayed on your token's page to help build your community.
What happens after I create my token?
Once your token is deployed, it's automatically listed on Uniswap with a liquidity pool. Your token will appear on the Ether.store homepage and can be traded immediately. You'll also start earning creator rewards from trading fees.
Is token liquidity locked?
Yes. All liquidity is permanently locked in a smart contract and can never be removed. When you create a token, the liquidity pool is deployed directly to a locker contract that holds the LP position forever. This means there is no way for anyone to pull liquidity or rug.
Creator Rewards
How do creator rewards work?
All tokens on Ether.store use a 1% fee tier liquidity pool. When people trade your token, fees accumulate in the pool. As the token creator, you earn 90% of these trading fees. You can claim your rewards at any time.
How do I claim my rewards?
You can claim your accumulated rewards from your Profile page or directly from your token's page. Click the "Claim" button, confirm the transaction in your wallet, and your rewards will be sent to you in ETH.
Token Locker
What is the token locker?
The token locker allows you to lock tokens or liquidity pool tokens for a specified period. This is commonly used to build trust with your community by showing you won't sell or remove liquidity for a certain time. (Coming soon.)
Can anyone use the locker?
Yes. The locker is available for any ERC-20 token on Robinhood Chain, not just tokens created on Ether.store. Anyone can lock their tokens for any duration they choose.
General
Do you have a platform token?
Yes — our platform token is ether.store (ticker DEPLOY), live on Robinhood Chain. You can view and trade it on its token page. Contract address: 0x01d2b12781769cac2764807b4b6c00050dff700a.
What do the King of Ether and Freed bars mean?
Every token page shows progress toward two milestones. King of Ether: when a token's market cap reaches $34.5k, it takes the King podium spot on the homepage. Freed from Ether: at a $69k market cap, the token is Freed. Freed represents the point at which your token is trendable on Dexscreener.
Can I trade tokens that weren't created on Ether.store?
Yes — tokens launched elsewhere on Robinhood Chain appear on Ether.store too, with live charts, trades, holders, full buy/sell support, and most importantly zero added fees. We want Ether.store to be the #1 hub for trading tokens.
Where does the price and market cap data come from?
Directly from the blockchain — Ether.store reads each token's Uniswap pool in real time, so prices and market caps update within seconds of every trade.
Are Ether.store tokens available on Ethereum mainnet?
Currently, Ether.store is live on Robinhood Chain. Base and Ethereum mainnet support is coming soon!
